The location was good, perfect for a short transit stay. We loved how spacious the suite was. it was ideal for a family of four. The bathroom's full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch, as it reduced single-use plastic waste. However, when parking out front was full, navigating our way back inside from the back was a bit unclear, especially since we had to go through the pool area.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff offered fresh cookies during check-in, which was a nice touch. Overpriced for the value received. Limited seating in common areas. Quiet location, easy access to highways. Pool was enjoyable for the kids.

My room, while spacious, had a door that didn’t fit snugly in its frame. one solid bump could have swung it open. Additionally, the overall cleanliness could have used a boost, as the initial smell was less than appealing. I also noticed a dirty sheet that needed replacing. My TV didn’t function during my stay, which was a letdown for some downtime. It's understandable that not all hotels can service the room daily, but it felt a bit off for an extended visit. Definitely not the normal Holiday Inn experience I anticipated.
